Pottery Care
  • All pottery is made with food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe materials. To prolong your pottery's lifespan, gentle hand-washing is recommended.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent any potential cracking (avoid putting boiling hot water in an icy cold mug for example). 
  • Some crazing (hairline glaze cracks) might occur. These items are still safe to use. Discontinue use in the unlikely case that shards of glaze dislodge from the pot, especially for dishware.

Shipping

  • Please allow for 3-7 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped.
  • Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days to be delivered after shipment. 
  • International orders typically take 2-6 weeks to be delivered after shipment. 
  • All international customers are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs, taxes, and fees.
  • If your order is delayed, your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or you suspect your package is lost, please contact USPS for help.
  • Shipping to the United Kingdom is unfortunately not available because of the country's current tax laws.
  • If you select pickup in Boonton, NJ at checkout, please email me ([email protected]) with your order number so we can schedule a pickup time!

Refunds and Returns
  • I do my absolute best to package each piece of pottery as safely and securely as possible to avoid damage during shipment. If for any reason your pottery arrives broken or damaged and you'd like a full or partial refund, please contact me at [email protected]. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returns are not accepted at this time.
